3 – Accountability
For you to achieve your goals, you need accountability. A great way of finding accountability is through hiring a coach to keep you accountable. Find somebody who has already achieved similar goals to what you’re trying to achieve, follow their instructions, adopt their belief systems and habits and be sure to cut negative influences out of your life. If your nearest and dearest, eat junk and don’t exercise then it’s highly likely that you may be the same. 4 – Make a plan, take action
They say knowledge is power but knowledge is nothing without action, in a world full of internet and magazines. One thing is certain, there is no shortage of information out there. With all this information, why is obesity on the rise? One word, action!
