Earlier this month I was approached by the editor of WatchFit (a popular online fitness website) to be a contributing author to their blog. This would mean I could share my knowledge with a wider audience which of course I gladly accepted.
I was tasked to write an article on female specific training and to highlight some of my views on this topic, having just written a book on a similar subject I felt more than qualified to devise the article for them, and was interested to hear some of the feedback from it.
The article went live on the 17th August and has already received a great response from people, its called the Beach Bum Blueprint – The Women Only Workout and is a follow on article from my recent book The Beach Bum Blueprint, which I’m hoping will revolutionize female weight training, and get them taking a different approach to training their Glutes and lower bodies.
