Before joining TF, Piet was nervous about doing PT sessions…
His fear was that he would have a trainer “Shouting in his face, telling him what a miserable specimen he is!”
That may sound funny to you, but many people are fearful about joining the gym and getting some personal training….
People hogging the equipment, muscle-bound men grunting and shouting, that guy in the gym checking out his muscle pump in the mirror between sets on the bicep curls… All common occurrences at “commercial gyms”!
Fortunately, Piet struck gold and joined Transformation Fit.
Piet had recently gained a bit of weight back during the extended lockdown and as soon as we could open the gym again, we set about creating a challenge for all our members to reinvigorate them, and get their fitness and their body’s back on track after lockdown!
Whilst working full time, looking after his Wife and twin boy’s he’s managed to pull off a rapid body transformation that’s increased his health, fitness and his energy levels in just 3.5 weeks!

All of the trainers are engaging, supportive and highly knowledgeable about the body both in terms of exercise and nutrition.By joining TF you also join a community of like-minded, friendly people who help and encourage each other to reach their goals.
Training is done in small groups of 5-6 and I can honestly say that they fly by and I enjoy each one. Within the TF community there are nights out, competitions and a very well resourced website with training videos, nutritional information and tips on mental health.
Overall TF has a fantastic atmosphere and helps you with not just a body but a mental transformation to become a healthier person inside and out. For me I have become stronger, have much better definition, more energy and have lost over 20lbs in weight.
I cannot recommend TF enough.”
