What is gym fear?
It can be many things all compiled into one simple thing- fear of attending the gym.
For some, it can be feeling overwhelmed or confused over how to use the machines and for others it’s feeling intimidated by others at the gym.
Our programme is a step by step process which is explained to you every step, reducing the anxiety and fears you may have and helping you start your fitness journey.
